A contemporary restaurant re-imagining the German kitchen. Rainer Schneider is one of those little gems that you can't say no to. We fell in love with the concept for this beautiful Hamburg-based restaurant and had to do it justice when it came to a fresh new brand.

Food is about sharing, good conversation, and new experiences. To reflect this we opted for an analogue feel for the photos, fun honest copywriting, and a low-fi approach to the design. The clientele both expect to be wowed and understood, spoken to on an eye level, and not be served a plate of patronizing. The visual identity is raw, honest, and very direct, we wanted to create something that was familiar and timeless, an endless loop of conversation and experience all wrapped up in a beautiful package.
